These appointments include: as sole arbitrator by the High Court of Singapore, by the HKIAC, ICDR, ICC and SIAC, acting as the appointing authorities; as presiding arbitrator by the ICC and KLRCA and by party appointed arbitrators from Malaysia, Seoul, London, U.S.A., India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore (including retired Judges from Malaysia, Hong Kong, India & Singapore) and as co-arbitrator by various parties and by the ICC and ICDR, acting as the appointing authorities.
