Over 30 international arbitrations as counsel in a wide variety of international commercial disputes, under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICAC, SIAC and ad-hoc arbitration. Counsel for Brookfield Multiplex Construction Europe Ltd, in the Technology and Construction Court (2012) relating to the construction of the Pinnacle tower in London. Counsel for BNP Paribas SA in LCIA arbitration against OJSC Russian Machines and parallel related litigation (2011-2013). Acting for Intervener (His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia; Imami Ismaili, International Conciliation and Arbitration Board) in Jivraj v Hashwani [2011] UKSC 40. Other recent cases include: counsel for a consortium of international power companies in an ICC arbitration (London) relating to a coal power plant construction project in North Africa; counsel for a multinational electricity generation company in two ICC arbitrations (London) relating to the purchase of wind farms in Italy; counsel for a French contractor in ICC arbitration (Zurich) relating to the construction of a power process plant in Saudi Arabia; counsel for a US-JV development in ICC arbitration (London) against a Turkish contractor in connection with the construction of a business and retail centre in Moscow
