Chairman of a 3-member Arbitrators panel involving sale and purchase of equipments wherein the claim amount was in excess of US $ 1,500,000 (ICC case); Pursuant to nomination by ICC, acted as a Sole Arbitrator in three cases between Government entities from an Asian Country and an European Country in respect of sale and purchase of Coke involving a claim in excess of US $ 6,000,000; Acted as Chairman of ICC Arbitration Tribunal in 1993 where the amount in dispute was US$ 240,000; Acted as one of the three members of the Division in LCIA Case in 2007 to decide the challenge filed by a South American country against the appointment of one of the arbitrators appointed by LCIA to hear a dispute between the South American country and an international company; Acted as chairman of the three member arbitral panel in 2008 in LCIA Arbitration where the claim amount was US$ 3,000,000; Acted as one of the three members of the Division in LCIA Arbitration in 2010 in which the appointment of an arbitrator was challenged; Have served as Arbitrator in over 25 cases in the Gulf area; Have served as Counsel in Arbitration Cases in Gulf area on innumerable occasions.
