between 2 Singaporean companies. Breach of contract. Arbitration pending (2009); Dispute between an
Indian company and a UK company. Breach of contract. 2 Awards handed down (2009).
Presiding Arbitrator – Dispute between a Chinese and a Singaporean company. Breach of contract. Award
and Decision handed down (2008); Dispute between a Canadian and a Chinese company. Breach of
contract. Arbitration pending (2008); Dispute between an Indonesian and a segregated portfolio company
established under the laws of Cayman Islands. Breach of contract. Award handed down (2009).
Three disputes as Presiding Arbitrator; served as Presiding Arbitrator/Chairman of Tribunal, Co-Arbitrator,
Sole Arbitrator, Counsel, and Member of Annulment Tribunal in various other foreign arbitrations.
