Acting as sole and co-arbitrator in international arbitrations conducted under the ICC and DIAC Rules; lead counsel for Middle Eastern based corporations in international arbitrations across the construction and energy sectors; counsel for international conglomerates in arbitration-related court proceedings in Lebanon; assisting in providing legal expert advice on aspects of Lebanese, Syrian and other Middle Eastern laws before international arbitration tribunals, the English High Court and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. Also previously worked as part of legal teams advising on multi-million dollar arbitrations brought under the ICSID Convention, the UNCITRAL, LCIA and ICC rules, across the construction, oil and gas, nuclear and telecoms sectors.
