Her experience includes being an arbitrator or chair of the arbitral tribunal in more than 50 proceedings. This includes, among others, serving as a sole arbitrator in an ICC arbitration with seat in Paris regarding a major construction project held in Uzbekistan with the amount in dispute exceeding USD 19 million; arbitration regarding purchase of shares of a major EU coal producer with the amount in dispute exceeding EUR 3.5 million as well as serving as a secretary in an ad hoc UNCITRAL arbitration related to construction of A2 motorway in Poland with amount in dispute totalling EUR 200 million. As counsel, she has been involved in a number of high-profile domestic and international arbitrations and litigations. This includes co-counselling in an arbitration over validity of a call option regarding a heat and power plant and call option price mechanism with a value in dispute exceeding EUR 90 million; co-counselling (as the lead counsel) in an international ad hoc arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules seated in New Delhi, India with the amount in dispute exceeding USD 30 million,, and in ICC arbitration proceeding concerning real estate investments with the amount in dispute of over EUR 100 million. She represented as a co-counsel a European conglomerate in investment treaty (BIT) arbitration related to a multi-billion-euro telecommunications investment. She has also represented clients in investment arbitrations and high-profile post-arbitration proceedings.
