Seated in various jurisdictions across the world, including Asia, Europe and North America, these matters have covered a wide spectrum of arbitration institutes and rules (i.e., the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, JCAA, AAA (ICDR), KCAB, ICSID and UNCITRAL) and the arbitration rules of UNCITRAL) and a wide variety of industries, including construction, government contracts, golf course design and development, consumer retail, distributorships, hypermarkets, automobile manufacturing, automobile parts, financial services, banking, telecommunications, private equity, management consulting, steel manufacturing, online games, energy, oil and gas, post M&A, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals.

Recognized as “Disputes Star of the Year” for South Korea at the Asialaw Asia-Pacific Dispute Resolution Awards in 2016.

Also served as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman of tribunal and sole arbitrator in a number of commercial arbitrations, governed by the SIAC and KCAB arbitration rules.
