2004/5: Mediator in a dispute concerning the value of work done in construction of a new Prison in St. Lucia and the evaluation of alleged defects – amount in dispute EC$12 million. 2005/6: Case Manager for several Specialist Sub-Contractors in an ICC Arbitration – New Methanol Plant in Trinidad, West Indies – value of Project US$450 million. 2007/9: Case Manager for the Main Contractor in an ICC Arbitration – New Hospital in Tobago, West Indies – amount in dispute US$50 million. 2009: Appointed as Sole Member of the Dispute Adjudication Board for the construction of a New Luxury Hotel in Barbados, West Indies. 2002/9: Appointed as Arbitrator in 5 Arbitrations each valued at less than US$1 million. 2009: Currently Case Manager on 4 large projects likely to go to ICC Arbitration.
