Prior to 2008, served as both a consulting and testifying expert in numerous arbitration forums including: AAA, ICC, UNCITRAL, Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) with disputes ranging from US $1 million to US$ 6 billion. Currently serves on the Board of the AAA and is Past Chair of the AAA National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee (NCDRC).
