I. OVERVIEW OF 2015

In 2015 the Russian courts heard 58 cases relating to the enforcement of
foreign arbitral awards as compared to an average annual number of 50 such cases
over the previous four years.1 The enforcement rate was 88%, some 8% lower
than average for the years 2011-14:
