A dispute having arisen between the parties, RYANAIR and AMS implemented the arbitration clauses which stipulated arbitration in London under the aegis of the London Court of International Arbitration, with application of French law. As the two cases were joined, the sole arbitrator rendered the 22 July 2011 a partial award by which he acknowledged his jurisdiction, declared that the dispute was arbitrable and the arbitration clauses valid and rejected the request for suspension of the arbitral proceedings
