The lack of a work permit is not a valid reason to terminate the contract of a coach, neither can the coach be expected under the terms of his employment contract to accept a position that is subordinate to the agreed position of Head Coach. In the absence of any conduct on the part of the coach that could be said to have contributed to the termination of the contract, there is a clear breach of contract without just cause by the club.
