Journal of Technology in International Arbitration
The Journal of Technology in International Arbitration (JTIA) aims to explore all aspects of the uses of technology in international arbitration. These will range from the feasible – such as conducting some or all aspects of arbitrations remotely or online – to the futuristic (such as whether forensic technology will evolve so as to make witness testimony redundant). The JTIA will also explore rules and guidelines in development in reaction to technological advances that affect the field of international arbitration. The JTIA will largely appeal to the specialist arbitration audience, but the editors will strive to keep all submissions readable and engaging. Issues will contain material of both academic and practical interest.
