Launched in 2004, the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration were a major development for arbitration in Switzerland. Instead of a myriad of diverse arbitration rules, the main Swiss chambers of commerce providing arbitration services decided to join forces―and unite their rules into one single Swiss product.
