Attendu que Mme X..., ès qualités, qui n’a pas été partie à l’instance ayant abouti à l’arrêt attaqué, mais justifie d’un intérêt, intervient pour soutenir le pourvoi formé par M. X... et propose en outre un moyen de nullité qui lui est propre;

Whereas Mrs X…, ex officio, who was not a party to the case leading to the decision under review, intervenes to support the petition lodged by Mr. X… and additionally proffers a ground for nullity that is her own;

Mais attendu que la partie intervenante devant la Cour de cassation ne peut que s’associer aux moyens du demandeur au pourvoi sans invoquer de moyens distincts;

But whereas the intervening party in the Cour de cassation can only join in the grounds of the claimant without adding additional grounds;
