On the sole ground:

Attendu que, par sentence du 10 octobre 2008, un tribunal arbitral statuant sur la base d’une clause compromissoire contenue dans le contrat liant la société Overseas Mining Investments Ltd (OMI), régie par le droit de Jersey, à la société cubaine Commercial Caribbean Niquel SA (CCN) a condamné la seconde à payer à la première une certaine somme à titre de dommages-intérêts; que la société CCN a formé un recours en annulation contre cette sentence;

Whereas, by an award of 10 October 2008, an arbitral tribunal, ruling on the basis of a arbitration agreement contained in the contract between Overseas Mining Investments Ltd (OMI), a Jersey company, and the Cuban company Commercial Caribbean Niquel SA (CCN) ordered the latter to pay to the former a certain sum in damages; that CCN has brought an action for annulment of this award;
