ASA Special Series

ASA is a non-profit association with over 1200 members - of whom more than 450 from outside Switzerland, all practitioners and academics engaged and/or interested in domestic and international arbitration.
Membership is open to all nationalities, irrespective of the level of experience. Since its creation in 1974 it has become one of the leading arbitration associations, bringing together the world's most eminent arbitration practitioners:

The ASA Special Series are published to promote international arbitration in Switzerland and abroad as well as domestic arbitration. They contain the full edited versions of the papers of the ASA Annual Conferences and ad hoc arbitration brochures published by ASA.
