The hearing on the request for provisional measures in the MOX Plant Case (Ireland v. United Kingdom) will open on Monday, 19 November 2001. The hearing will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and from 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

A public sitting of the Tribunal will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, 18 November 2001, at which Ambassador Alberto Székely, Judge ad hoc nominated by Ireland, will make the solemn declaration required under article 9 of the Rules of the Tribunal
