I. Claimant 

1. Tethyan Copper Company Pty Limited, a company constituted and registered under the laws of Australia and owned in equal shares by Antofagasta plc, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with its headquarters in Chile, and Barrick Gold Corporation, a company incorporated in Canada, hereinafter referred to as “Claimant” or “TCCA”, represented in this arbitration by its duly authorized attorneys Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Counsel for Claimant are Messrs. Donald Francis Donovan, Mark W. Friedman and Dietmar W. Prager and Ms. Natalie L.
