Sur le pourvoi formé par M. Frans X..., demeurant ..., en cassation d’un arrêt rendu le 6 décembre 1994 par la cour d’appel de Paris (1ère chambre, section C), au profit :

 

1°/ de la Société commerciale Raoul Duval, dont le siège est ...,

 

2°/ de la société Merkuria Sucden, dont le siège est ..., défenderesses à la cassation ;

 

Le demandeur invoque, à l’appui de son pourvoi, le moyen unique de cassation annexé au présent arrêt ;

Upon the petition filed by Mr. Jean-François X…, residing at …, with the Cour de cassation to overturn the decision rendered on 7 December 1994 by the Paris Court of Appeal (1st Chamber, Section D) in favour of:

 

1) Société Commerciale Raoul Duval and others., having its registered office at…

 

2) Merkuria Sucden, having its registered office at… respondents before the Cour de Cassation.
