APPELLANT in the action to set aside the award rendered by the International Chamber of Commerce of 25 April 1985.

 

CLAIMANT before the Versailles Court of Appeal, to which the parties were remanded in the decision handed down by the 1st Civil Chamber of the Cour de cassation, on 8 March 1988, quashing the decision of 19 December 1986 by the 1st Chamber, additional division of the Paris Court of Appeal.
