Petitioner-appellant appeals from the June 15, 2005, decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Baer, J.) granting respondents-appellees’ motion to compel compliance with a subpoena duces tecum issued by an arbitration panel under the Federal Arbitration Act. Reversed and remanded.
