THE GOVERNMENT OF THE GRAND-DUCHY OF LUXEMBURG,
The Walloon Government,
The Flemish Government,
and the Government of the Region of Brussels-Capital,
on one hand,
and
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GUATEMALA,
on the other hand,
(hereinafter referred to as “the Contracting Parties”),
DESIRING to strengthen their economic cooperation by creating favourable conditions for
investment by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party,
HAVE AGREED as follows :
