The Dubai International Arbitration Centre Statute Rules 2004 have been amended by Decree Number (58) of 2009. The Decree included several important amendments to the Statute Rules aiming for the development of the Centre. Most of the changes relate to organizing the jurisdiction of the BOT and to direct the functions of the Executive Committee and the administration of the Centre. Also, it includes the ability for constituting subcommittees to support the functions of the Executive Committee.
