The Claimant, Tokios Tokeles, is a business enterprise established under the laws of Lithuania. It was founded as a cooperative in 1989, and, since 1991, has been registered as a "closed joint-stock company." The Claimant is engaged primarily in the business of advertising, publishing and printing in Lithuania and outside its borders.
