On 26 June 2009, RSM Production Corporation (‘the Applicant’), submitted a Request for Annulment to the ICSID Secretariat (‘ICSID’) pursuant to Article 52(1) of the ICSID Convention and Rule 50(1)(iii) of the ICSID Arbitration Rules, requesting the annulment of the Award of 13 March 2009 rendered by the Tribunal in the arbitration proceeding between the Applicant and Grenada (‘the Respondent’). The Request for Annulment was registered by the ICSID Secretariat on 10 July 2009, and the ad hoc Annulment Committee (‘the Committee’) was constituted on 17 August 2009.
