The Republic of El Salvador is filing these preliminary objections under the expedited procedures of the Dominican Republic - Central America - United States Free Trade Agreement ("CAFT A") to request the dismissal of all claims related to the application for a mining exploitation concession in the El Dorado project, as well as the dismissal of other secondary claims under CAFT A, and the dismissal of all non-CAFT A claims.
