On July 21, 2003, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID” or the “Centre”) received from Inceysa Vallisoletana, S.L. (“Inceysa” or the “Claimant”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, a request for arbitration against the Republic of El Salvador (“El Salvador” or the “Respondent”).
