József Antal is a Partner in Baker & McKenzie’s Budapest office and heads the dispute resolution team of that office. His team is primarily responsible for handling litigation, alternative dispute resolution and public procurement matters. Mr. Antal has represented numerous multinational and local clients in civil lawsuits before ordinary courts, including the Supreme Court of the Republic of Hungary, as well as in arbitrations before the Permanent Court of Arbitration Affiliated with the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Permanent Court of Arbitration of the Financial and Capital Markets.

László Burger is an Attorney in Baker & McKenzie’s Budapest office and specializes on drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, both domestic and international, including distribution, supply, manufacturing, agency and outsourcing agreements. Mr. Burger has been involved in advising various global consumer products and manufacturing companies on their commercial agreements, cross border issues and related litigation and arbitration cases.
