Notice is hereby given that The Kingdom of Thailand ("Thailand") hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from the March 14, 2011 Decision and Order granting the petition of Werner Schneider, acting in his capacity as insolvency administrator of Walter Bau (AG) ("WB"), to confirm a July 1, 2009 arbitration award in favor of WB, and the ensuing March 17, 2011 Judgment.
