Article 1. Scope of Application 1.1. Where the parties have agreed in writing that their disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), then such disputes shall be settled in accordance with the Rules, subject to such modification as the parties may agree in writing. Reference made to arbitration by the Tehran Regional Arbitration Centre (hereinafter the Centre) shall be deemed as an agreement by the parties to submit to the Rules.
