In the matter of an arbitration pursuant to the  Arbitration Agreement between the Government of Sudan and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement/Army on Delimiting Abyei Area, oral pleadings will be held at the Peace Palace in The Hague from April 18 to April 23, 2009.  The oral pleadings will be open to the public and the media, and will be webstreamed live on the Permanent Court of Arbitration (“PCA”) website beginning at 9:30 am (CET) on April 18, 2009 (http://www.pcacpa.org/showpage.asp?pag_id=1306).
