1.1. Any dispute, claim or controversy between a. SGX-DT Members arising out of or in connection with a transaction on the Exchange; b. An SGX-DT Member and a Member of a Participating Exchange arising out of or in connection with a transaction on the Exchange pursuant to the Mutual Offset System; c. an SGX-DT Member and a Non-Member Customer arising out of or in connection with a transaction on the Exchange; may be submitted for arbitration under these Rules.
