1.1 These Rules apply to all cases: (a) where the parties have agreed in writing that their dispute is to be submitted or referred for arbitration under these Rules and where the case is a domestic case; or (b) where the parties have agreed in writing that their dispute is to be submitted or referred to the Centre for arbitration under rules of the Centre generally and where the case is a domestic case; or (c) where the parties have agreed in writing that their dispute is to be submitted or referred to the Centre for arbitration without specifying any particular set of rules and where the case is a domestic case.
