On November 30, 2007, Claimants, namely Mr. Sergei Paushok, CJSC Golden East Company (“Golden East”) and CJSC Vostokneftegaz Company (“Vostokneftegaz”), issued a Notice of Arbitration against the Government of Mongolia, in accordance with Article 3 of the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (the “UNCITRAL Rules”).
