This is an application pursuant Article 34 of the Commercial Arbitration Code, a schedule to the Commercial Arbitration Act, R.S.C 1985, c. 17 (2nd Supp.), to set aside decisions dated November 13, 2000 (“liability award”), October 21, 2002 (“damages award”) and December 30, 2003 (“costs award”) made by an Arbitral Tribunal established pursuant to the North American Free Trade Agreement (“NAFTA”).
