Appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, William H. Pauley III, Judge, denying petition, based on the retroactivity provision of the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act of 2009, to vacate an arbitration award. See 2010 WL 5175851 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 8, 2010).
