On the question of confidentiality in relation to pleadings, the Tribunal ruled that submissions by the parties to the Tribunal generally are to be kept confidential. The exception to this is the Pleadings, considering of the Notice of Intent to Submit a Claim to Abritration, the Notice of Arbitration, the Statement of Claim, and Defence, and any amendments thereto.
