This matter concerns a dispute between the Ireland as claimant and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ("the United Kingdom") as respondent, determined by a Tribunal constituted pursuant to the 1992 Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment of the North-East Atlantic ("the OSPAR Convention").
