On May 28, 2010, OPIC Karimum Corporation (Panama) (“OPIC” or “Claimant”) filed a Request for Arbitration under the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States (“Convention”) against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
