University of Alabama in Birmingham, J.D., Harvard University Law School. Dean Jackson
oversees Tulane’s Community Service Program and is the Director of the Judicial Externship
Program. She coordinated one of four regional EEOC Pilot Mediation Programs, which led
to the establishment of the present agency-wide mediation program; she frequently serves as
mediator in employment and other disputes.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION FOR BUSINESS by Colin Rule presents
the big picture as to the use of online dispute resolution (ODR) by
business. The primary audience is neither the practitioner of dispute
resolution nor the student of this discipline. Instead, as Rule explains,
