REGISTRAR: The Tribunal will today deliver its Order in the request for provisional measures by Ireland in the MOX Plant Case, Case No. 10 on the List of cases, Ireland, Applicant, and the United Kingdom, Respondent. The Tribunal heard oral arguments from the parties at four public sittings on 19 and 20 November 2001.
The hearings concluded with the final submissions of both parties.
