The first claimant, millicom international operations b.v. (hereinafter referred to as “Millicom”, or “Claimant 1”, or alternatively “MIO”), is a limited liability company with authorized capital of 100 shares of 1,000 NLG each, of which only 40 have been issued and paid up, organized and existing under Dutch law. It has its registered address at Sockholm 26, 1993 LM Barendrect, the Netherlands (Claim. 22.12.08, exhibit C-26).
