The Government of Mongolia, through the acts of its officials and agencies, has caused substantial loss and damage to Claimants and their investment through expropriatory, unlawful, unfair, and discriminatory treatment in relation to the uranium deposit located in the Dornod Aimag (i.e. Dornod Province ) in norther-eastern Mongolia, known as the Dornod Uranium Project (sometimes referred to as the "Project").
