At the outset of its present Award, the Tribunal deems it helpful to set out certain facets of the disputes between the parties to these arbitrations, which are brought under the Energy Charter Treaty (“ECT”) and the bilateral investment treaties entered into between the Republic of Georgia (“Georgia” or the “Respondent”) and Greece and Israel, respectively.
