On 28 May 2008, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID” or the “Centre”) received a request for arbitration dated 22 May 2008 (the “Request”) filed by Inmaris Perestroika Sailing Maritime Services GmbH, Windjammer Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, Dr. Sven-Holger Undritz as the insolvency administrator of Inmaris Windjammer Sailing GmbH i.L., and Dr. Sven-Holger Undritz as the insolvency administrator of Inmaris Windjammer Chartering GmbH i.L. (“Claimants”) against Ukraine (“Respondent”) (collectively, the “parties”).
