1. Pursuant to Section 5.a) of Procedural Order No. 4, the Claimants “may present their allegations concerning the requested bifurcation until 23 August 2012.”

2. By e-mail dated 23 August 2012, the Claimants requested an extension to the deadline set out in Section 5.a) of Procedural Order No. 4 until Monday, 27 August 2012. The Claimants requested the extension “in order to have an opportunity to consult with the Claimants’ representatives with respect to the Respondent’s request, in light of the summer holidays.”

3. By e-mail dated 23 August 2012, the Presiding Arbitrator, on behalf of the Arbitral Tribunal and “[t]aking into consideration the urgency of an answer to [the Claimants’] request […] decided […] to grant the extension until Monday, as requested.” He also announced that a procedural order would be prepared, signed and sent to the Parties in due course and that, in any event, the Tribunal expected to render its decision on the bifurcation request until the end of next week.
