By letter of 9 August 2012, the Respondent informed the Tribunal and Claimants that Dechert (Paris) LLP will be its external counsel, and requested the bifurcation of the prcoess to have the jurisdictional objections decided before the next steps of the proceedings continue as set forth in Procedural Orders no 1, 2 and 3.
