The Government of Hong Kong, having been duly authorised to conclude this agreement by the

sovereign government which is responsible for its foreign affairs, and the Government of the

Kingdom of Denmark, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Parties;

Desiring to create favourable conditions for the purpose of establishing lasting economic

relations between investors of one Contracting Party and enterprises of the other Contracting

Party;

Recognizing that fair and equitable treatment of investments on a reciprocal basis will serve this

aim;

Have agreed as follows:
