The Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania,
hereinafter referred to as “the Contracting Parties”,
- desiring to intensify economic cooperation between the Contracting Parties,
- determined to create mutually favourable conditions for investments by investors of one
Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party,
- recognising that the promotion and protection of such investments will stimulate private
business initiative and increase the prosperity of both countries,
have agreed as follows:
